Refund policy

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Once you have registered your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

How to register your return

You can start your return in two simple ways:

  • Via your account: Log in to our website and select the relevant order to request a return.

  • Via the return link: Use the personal return link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

  • If you are unable to work it out, please contact us at info@richard-anthony.com.

Return conditions

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Completely new: The product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

  • Faulty or damaged: If the product was clearly delivered broken or damaged on receipt.

Costs and refund

  • Return costs: A fixed amount of €10 is charged for each return. This amount is deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.

  • Processing time: Once we have received your parcel in good order, it takes a maximum of 3 working days before we have processed your return and refunded the money.

Shipping and Track & Trace

You can track your return using the DPD track & trace code we provide. This lets you easily see where your parcel is. We recommend keeping your proof of shipment until the return has been fully handled.

Tips for quick handling

  • One box: Returning several items? Pack them in one box. This makes processing faster and is better for the environment.

  • Original condition: We would be grateful if the packaging is in good condition, to avoid waste.

  • Always keep your proof of shipment. That way we can trace your shipment if something goes wrong with the delivery service.
